Quality Built director Craig Smith has more than 20 years’ industry experience working across extensive and varied projects, including major commercial projects and large-scale architectural homes.

Craig maintains a hands-on management approach, working on the tools each day alongside our team of carpenters. His onsite presence lets him lead by example and he can coordinate all the tradespeople to ensure the most efficient outcome. In addition, his ability to clearly communicate to his clients any technical concepts or problems arising throughout the build process gives them a feeling of security and the assurance their project is in safe hands.
