Craig is the captain of the ship. He definitely has the most hectic job, yet he never fails to deliver the best possible result. He is renowned for his easygoing nature but when it comes to detail and problem-solving, you really won’t find anyone better.

Craig’s favourite pastime is fishing and he hopes that in this lifetime he gets back out on the bay one day soon. In the meantime, his favourite days are those spent with his kids, just being outside, making and creating.

Lauren is the ‘builder’s wife’ who keeps the show on the road. She loves a challenge and between running the business and three kids, she certainly has her hands full.

When Lauren finds a spare minute, she enjoys gardening and cooking. Her favourite time is spent with the family at Waratah Bay.

Joe is a dependable, work-all-day guy who makes no fuss. He’s the big guy on the team who makes the boss look small, but is always full of respect and understanding towards our clients.

Between footy and his family of pets at home, Joe is kept busy on his days off!

Always polite with a cheeky smile, but rarely up to mischief, Ryan holds his own on the footy field and has gained himself a fair reputation.

On his days off, he loves nothing more than a good road trip with his mates.

Cal is your good-at-everything guy. Back in the day, he showed lightning speed on the footy field, but lately he’s enjoying surfing, fishing and generally relaxing.

He’s always up for trying something new, meeting new people and has a real zest for life!

Harry is the newest team member at Quality Built and adds another killer smile to the group. He is ready and willing to take on any task thrown his way.

Away from work, he loves his footy, time with mates and having a good time!
